Application Owner – Field & Risk Services

About the role

Join Davies North America as an Application Owner for the Field & Risk Services division. You will be the central point of ownership for the application portfolio, ensuring platform stability while driving continuous improvement within an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational owner for the application suite, handling critical incidents and overseeing platform health.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, maintain backlog hygiene, and prioritize work in line with strategic goals.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and support sprint planning and forecasting.
• Coordinate release planning, communicate delivery status, and manage issue escalation across business, support, and engineering teams.
• Partner with engineering leads to ensure performance, security, scalability, and integration quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in application ownership, product ownership, or similar delivery‑focused roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum practices, with the ability to lead ceremonies and drive team performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning technical and business priorities.
