Application Developer – AI Model Evaluation (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an Application Developer to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will design coding challenges, assess the bots' outputs, and ensure the models deliver correct and high‑performance results.

Key responsibilities

• Create and present coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank style) for AI chatbots.
• Analyze and score the bots' solutions for correctness, efficiency, and overall quality.
• Provide detailed feedback and explanations for each solution.
• Collaborate remotely to select projects and manage your own schedule.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, and coding‑challenge platforms.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Based in the United States.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift.
• Ability to solve coding problems and clearly explain solutions.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Debugging and performance‑analysis capabilities.
