Android Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Android Developer to join our New York office. You will work on building and maintaining high‑performance mobile applications using modern Android technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship Android applications with Kotlin and Java.
• Implement UI using Jetpack components, Material Design, and native Android views.
• Integrate third‑party services such as Google Maps, Firebase, Crashlytics, and various payment gateways.
• Work with RESTful and SOAP APIs, GraphQL, and ensure reliable networking and data persistence.
• Apply architectural patterns (MVC, MVP, MVVM) and manage code with Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
• Optimize app performance, handle multithreading, concurrency, and push notifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Java.
• Hands‑on experience with Room, SQLite, and Firebase services.
• Familiarity with Google Maps, location services, and payment gateway integration.
