Analytic Analyst (Threat Analysis)

About the role

Amentum is recruiting an Analytic Analyst who will prioritize multiple projects, coordinate stakeholder schedules and communications, and produce threat-related analytical products such as briefings, studies, estimates and assessment memoranda. The role requires an Active Top Secret US Government clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize multiple projects and schedule and coordinate meetings and schedules for stakeholders and facilities
• Assist in preparing presentations and coordinate communications
• Analyze threat-related information and entities, and gather, compare and evaluate information from different sources
• Provide reactive data analysis support to requests from FBI Headquarters, field offices and other Government agencies
• Write clear, concise, timely products that identify, analyze and collate threat information, and prepare recommendations on threat and risk matters
• Produce and disseminate scheduled and unscheduled products such as briefings, studies, estimates and assessments memoranda
• Represent the activity in working groups and committees as substantive authority, and define analytical objectives and research efforts
• Assess resource capability and help develop administrative and organizational policies and procedures

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of demonstrated experience in a related field, or an associate degree with 7 years of experience
• Active Top Secret US Government clearance (US citizenship required to maintain it)
• Team player with initiative, strong quality standards, effective written and verbal communication and ability to manage own workflow
• Physical demands: occasional standing, walking, lifting and carrying up to 15 pounds

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint and Access
