Analyst/Developer – Technical Analyst for Automotive Industry

About the role

We are seeking an Analyst/Developer to join a leading automotive technology client in Warren, MI. In this role you will translate complex business needs into robust software solutions, supporting the evolution of connected vehicle technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze highly complex business requirements and produce detailed technical specifications.
• Design, redesign, and develop complex software components and applications.
• Serve as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis initiatives.
• Apply industry best practices to design, test, implement, and support solutions.
• Ensure quality, security, and compliance standards are met for all deliverables.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in an evolving environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in software development.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale projects from design through deployment.
• Hands‑on experience with iterative and Agile SDLC methodologies.
