Analyst, Equity Capital Markets

About the role

TD Securities is seeking an Analyst to join its Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team in New York. The role sits at the intersection of investment banking, sales & trading, and equity research, providing exposure to a full range of equity financing transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the origination and execution of IPOs, follow‑on offerings, private placements, and other equity‑linked transactions.
• Prepare pitch materials, deal documentation, sales memoranda, and marketing collateral.
• Conduct due‑diligence, financial analysis, and pricing support throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Collaborate with coverage bankers, traders, and research analysts to position transactions and engage investors.
• Assist senior team members with client interaction and relationship building.

Required profile

• Recent college graduate or early‑career analyst with strong academic performance.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Results‑driven, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
