About the role

Human to Human Hub is looking for a Digital Operations Analyst to support a variety of processes and projects within its digital ecosystem. This remote position is ideal for organized, solution‑oriented individuals who enjoy coordinating multiple moving parts and continuously learning.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and monitor tasks and operational processes.
• Support a range of digital projects across the organization.
• Design, build, and implement digital funnels.
• Analyze metrics and results to inform decisions.
• Provide cross‑functional follow‑up and coordination.
• Assist with written communication and operational support.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in operational support, digital marketing, tracking, or process management.
• Familiarity with digital tools, management platforms, and social media environments.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain order, and ensure continuous follow‑up.
• Excellent written communication and spelling skills.
• High degree of autonomy, responsibility, and adaptability in a fast‑changing setting.
• Resident of Latin America with the ability to work remotely.
