About the role

The Alterations Customer Service Representative plays a vital part in delivering a five‑star experience to customers visiting the alterations department. Working directly with the Store Manager, you will greet guests, manage appointments, and ensure every garment is ready for pickup with the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers in‑person, by phone, and via virtual chat with genuine enthusiasm.
• Schedule and confirm alteration appointments, answer inquiries, and guide customers through service options.
• Press, steam, spot‑clean, and perform quality checks on all garments before delivery.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap and handle special orders and pickups.
• Promote alteration services and personalization options, and build lasting customer relationships.
• Escalate complex issues to the Alterations Manager or leadership team as needed.
