Airline Customer Service Representative (French Speaker)

About the role

Hallmark Aviation Services is seeking friendly, fun, and professional French‑speaking customer service agents to join its team at the Atlanta International Airport. This entry‑level position supports both domestic and international airlines, providing passengers with a seamless travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with fare quotes, boarding gate functions, ticketing, baggage, and check‑in services.
• Handle cash transactions, manifests, and labeling accurately.
• Operate airport equipment, computers, and printers while maintaining data confidentiality.
• Provide translation and transcription support for French‑speaking passengers when needed.
• Maintain professional interaction with passengers, airline crew, and clients.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• U.S. citizenship or authorized residency to obtain US Customs and Border Protection security clearance.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to undergo drug screening and security clearance.

Required skills

• Computer literacy (operating PCs, printers, and airport software).
• Cash handling and basic accounting accuracy.
• Ability to lift 70‑100 lb occasionally and stand for long periods.
