Aircraft Manager – Completions

About the role

Airbus Americas is seeking an Aircraft Manager for the Completions line at its Mobile, AL facility. The role oversees the complete lifecycle of each aircraft during production and ground‑test phases, ensuring a smooth handover to the completions centre.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the folio of assigned aircraft from assembly through ground testing until handover.
• Analyze, track and resolve non‑conformities, customer findings, and ground‑test issues.
• Identify critical points, develop action plans and drive issue closure.
• Document, organise and follow up on all non‑conformities throughout the flowline process.

Required profile

• Experience with aircraft production, assembly or ground‑test operations.
• Strong analytical ability to assess and steer new issues.
• Capability to initiate corrective actions and ensure timely closure.
