AI Trainer – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

Our client, an AI transformation consultancy serving mid‑market organisations, is looking for an AI Trainer to deliver 1‑on‑1 coaching and hands‑on enablement as new programs launch. The role is fully remote and focuses on helping client teams adopt AI tools such as Claude, integrate AI into daily workflows, and realise efficiency gains.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct personalised 1‑on‑1 coaching sessions on practical AI adoption.
• Train users on Claude and other AI tools, covering prompt engineering and workflow design.
• Assist clients in building AI‑driven workflows, agents, and automation use cases.
• Tailor training to specific roles such as sales, operations, marketing, etc.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency through AI.
• Support onboarding for new AI programs and client engagements.
• Provide ongoing guidance, troubleshooting, and best‑practice advice.
• Document learnings, workflows, and training materials for scalable reuse.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in training, enablement, consulting or similar client‑facing roles.
• Strong interest in AI tools and their business applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in 1‑to‑1 settings.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable guidance.
• Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders.
• Highly adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
