AI Trainer – Independent Contractor (Art Director)

About the role
We are seeking analytical, detail‑oriented freelancers and small‑business owners to help train AI chatbots. You will create complex prompts, write high‑quality responses, and evaluate model outputs against accuracy and style guidelines. No prior AI experience is required.
Key responsibilities
- Design diverse conversational scenarios across a wide range of topics.
- Write clear, high‑quality answers based on specific prompts.
- Compare the performance of different AI models and provide feedback.
- Research and fact‑check AI‑generated content to ensure accuracy.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Completed or in‑progress bachelor’s degree.
- Experience managing communications for a small business or as a self‑employed professional.
- Excellent writing, research, and independent work capabilities.
