AI Strategist – Drive Business Value with AI

About the role

Aimpoint Digital is seeking an AI Strategist to help clients uncover high‑value AI opportunities and translate them into actionable strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor, working across functions to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and design AI‑enabled solutions that improve productivity, decision‑making, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end client engagements focused on AI use‑case identification, prioritisation, strategy development and roadmap creation.
• Conduct value‑stream and business‑process mapping, stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand current work flows.
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools and platforms such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT and major cloud AI services.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses and implementation roadmaps for selected AI initiatives.
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to track adoption, productivity gains and financial impact.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of consulting or advisory experience in AI, analytics, digital transformation or process improvement.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex processes into practical AI use cases.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders.
• Practical knowledge of AI capabilities, limitations and enterprise applications.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI tools such as Anthropic Claude and OpenAI ChatGPT.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Value‑stream mapping and business‑process analysis.
• Business‑case development, ROI and cost‑benefit analysis.
