AI Solutions Engineering Delivery Lead

About the role

PwC is seeking an AI Solutions Engineering Delivery Lead to steer multidisciplinary teams that design, build, deploy, monitor and maintain full‑stack AI solutions for clients. This senior technical leader will combine deep AI expertise with strategic business insight to drive impactful, data‑driven outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee data scientists, software engineers, front‑end developers and other specialists across multiple AI work streams.
• Define architecture, development standards and deployment pipelines for end‑to‑end AI solutions.
• Ensure rigorous quality, security and compliance throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Communicate technical vision and progress to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate relevant advances.
• Foster a culture of innovation, mentorship and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in AI, data science or software engineering at a director or senior manager level.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical concepts into commercial value.
• Demonstrated commitment to PwC’s values, quality standards and ethical conduct.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
