AI Security Senior Manager – Strategy, Growth & Transformation

About the role

Deloitte Cyber is seeking an AI Security Senior Manager to lead strategy, growth, and transformation initiatives for clients adopting generative AI and agentic systems. You will work at the intersection of executive leadership and technical delivery, guiding cross‑functional teams across data, infrastructure, identity, security operations, and application security.

Key responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on AI security strategy, governance, and risk appetite.
• Lead multi‑workstream AI security projects from current‑state assessment through target operating model design and implementation.
• Define scalable cybersecurity patterns, AI risk taxonomies, control frameworks, policy structures, and executive reporting models.
• Shape strategic solutions for pursuits, conduct executive workshops, and support account growth.
• Oversee client relationships, delivery quality, and satisfaction across a portfolio of AI security engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity, or Risk Management.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity, risk management, or technology consulting experience.
• Proven experience advising executives on AI/ML risk and leading enterprise AI governance programs.
• Ability to travel 25‑50% and work independently or within teams.

Required skills

• AI/ML architectures and generative AI risk knowledge.
• Familiarity with AI risk frameworks and regulations such as NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, and the EU AI Act.
• Experience with enterprise cybersecurity domains: data, infrastructure, identity, application security, and security operations.
