AI Learning Coordinator

About the role

The AI Learning Coordinator will work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and teaching within Georgetown University's Center for New Designs in Learning and Scholarship (CNDLS). This role supports faculty as they explore AI tools, their pedagogical impact, and the ethical considerations of AI in a Jesuit university setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis and reporting across CNDLS programs.
• Coordinate and facilitate student focus groups.
• Assist with faculty training and development related to AI.
• Support administration of the Applied AI Micro‑credential course and its Foundations of AI sister course.
• Collaborate with internal teams to schedule events, manage communications, and organize workshops.
• Research emerging AI technologies and their implications for learning.
• Contribute to CNDLS signature programs, including an annual teaching conference.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in AI applications within higher education or instructional design.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with data reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for facilitating focus groups and faculty workshops.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple university departments.
