About the role

As an AI & GenAI Data Scientist - Manager within PwC's Technology Consulting practice, you will transform raw data into actionable insights and lead the delivery of AI‑driven solutions for clients. You will guide a team of data professionals, coach their development, and ensure high‑quality outcomes that align with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI systems that convert raw data into business‑ready insights.
• Lead the development of scalable machine‑learning models and end‑to‑end AI solutions.
• Manage complex data analysis, integration, and pipeline creation to support AI initiatives.
• Utilize programming languages such as Python and Java for AI model deployment.
• Apply deep‑learning techniques and neural networks to enhance predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address data challenges and optimise AI applications.
• Mentor team members in AI implementation and data engineering best practices.
• Validate data quality and ensure compliance within AI frameworks.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Background in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, AI or related disciplines.
• Relevant certifications in data engineering, machine learning or cloud platforms are a plus.
