AI Engineer – Specialist Programmer (Multiple US Locations)

About the role

Infosys is seeking an AI Engineer to join its Strategic Technology Group (STG). The role focuses on building and delivering advanced AI solutions across several US locations, including Phoenix, Raleigh and Richardson.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze user stories and use cases to ensure production‑ready delivery.
• Define design specifications, technology frameworks and reusable assets.
• Write high‑quality, optimized code for applications and databases, and automate complex routines.
• Support the team in maintaining a robust technical environment and error‑free coding.
• Participate in knowledge‑transfer sessions and apply reverse‑engineering methods.
• Deploy prototype solutions and explore new technologies for future projects.
• Lead proof‑of‑concept initiatives to adopt emerging AI technologies.
