AI-Enabled Vulnerability Management Manager – Consulting

About the role

EY is seeking a Manager to lead its Attack & Penetration Testing team. You will drive offensive security operations that help clients stay resilient against evolving cyber‑threats, leveraging AI‑enabled vulnerability management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess threats and vulnerabilities across enterprise environments.
• Lead technical teams in penetration testing, red‑team and purple‑team exercises using industry frameworks.
• Oversee delivery of offensive security engagements and ensure effective collaboration with security and business stakeholders.
• Produce clear, concise, and actionable reports for technical and executive audiences.
• Mentor senior and junior analysts, fostering a collaborative, trust‑based culture.
• Stay current on cyber‑threat trends and represent EY at industry conferences and events.

Required profile
