About the role
We are looking for experienced editorial professionals to join our AI Labor Marketplace as AI Trainers. In this remote, part‑time consulting role you will evaluate and improve AI‑generated written content, ensuring it meets high editorial standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review editorial prompts and source materials for clarity and realism.
- Assess AI‑generated rubrics for writing quality, structure, tone, and factual accuracy.
- Evaluate AI outputs for grammar, consistency, readability, and factual alignment.
- Recommend revisions to evaluation criteria and draft benchmark editorial responses when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data‑use policies.
Required profile
- Professional experience in editing, publishing, journalism, or content production.
- Strong command of grammar, style guides, and editorial standards.
- Excellent analytical and written communication abilities.
- Ability to apply nuanced judgment to language and audience alignment.
