AI Data Scientist Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking an AI Data Scientist Manager to lead its Data and Analytics Engineering practice. You will transform raw data into actionable insights, apply advanced analytics and statistical techniques, and guide a team of data scientists to deliver high‑impact solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data science initiatives that turn raw data into actionable business insights.
• Guide teams in applying advanced analytics, statistical techniques, machine learning and deep learning to solve complex problems.
• Develop and implement predictive data models and algorithms.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of data pipelines and data lakes for large‑scale processing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data‑driven growth opportunities.
• Coach and develop team members, ensuring high performance and quality delivery.
• Validate data quality and integrity within analytics frameworks.
• Promote innovative technologies and methodologies in data science projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgeting, and deliverables to meet client expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred academic background in fields such as Accounting, Data Science, AI/Robotics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations, Project Management, or Risk Management.
