AI Clinical Solutions Engineer – Azurion Eye

About the role

As an AI Clinical Solutions Engineer on the Azurion Eye program, you will bridge clinical practice and AI‑driven imaging innovation within a leading hospital environment. You will work directly with interventional cardiologists, radiologists and product teams to turn clinical challenges into AI‑enabled product solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify clinical challenges and translate them into AI‑enabled product opportunities and requirements.
• Deploy, evaluate and validate AI capabilities in real‑world catheterization laboratory settings.
• Gather structured feedback on usability, performance and workflow fit, and support continuous model improvement.
• Collaborate with product management, R&D and regulatory teams to prioritize enhancements and ensure compliance.
• Support prototype deployments, software validation and integration with hospital IT systems.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience developing software‑based healthcare or medical technology solutions.
• Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics).
• Proven experience with AI‑enabled healthcare products and direct collaboration with clinicians.
• Knowledge of image‑guided therapy or interventional cardiology and experience developing regulated products under FDA Design Controls.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.

• Base salary range $140,000 – $223,000 per year.
