About the role
A remote freelance contract position for an AI Automation Specialist who designs, builds and optimises automated workflows using AI tools. The role improves efficiency, reduces manual work and integrates AI solutions into business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows across business processes
- Integrate tools such as CRM systems, APIs and automation platforms (e.g. Zapier, Make)
- Identify repetitive tasks and recommend automation solutions
- Build and optimise chatbots, AI assistants and prompt systems
- Collaborate with marketing, operations and tech teams to streamline workflows
- Monitor performance of automations and continuously improve them
- Troubleshoot and fix automation errors or inefficiencies
- Stay up to date with the latest AI tools and trends
Required profile
- Proven experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
- Strong understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Experience in marketing automation or operations is a plus
- Nice to have: basic coding knowledge (Python, JavaScript), CRM tool experience (HubSpot, Salesforce), prompt engineering, remote work experience
