About the role

MCI is seeking an innovative AI Agent Developer to design and build intelligent agents that automate tasks, orchestrate workflows, and enhance business operations across its global customer‑experience platforms. The role focuses on creating autonomous and semi‑autonomous systems that leverage Large Language Models, enterprise data, and external applications to deliver reliable, scalable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop intelligent agents capable of performing tasks, executing workflows, and interacting with business systems.
• Design agent logic, memory, reasoning, and planning capabilities.
• Build automated workflows that span multiple platforms and technologies.
• Integrate agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Monitor performance, conduct testing, and optimize agents for reliability and scalability.
• Support multi‑agent collaboration and orchestration solutions.
• Implement governance, security, and compliance controls for AI deployments.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing autonomous or semi‑autonomous AI agents.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models and their application in business automation.
• Ability to integrate AI solutions with enterprise APIs, databases, and business applications.
• Experience in performance monitoring, testing, and optimization of AI workflows.
