Agile Program Manager

About the role

The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis is seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to join the Treasury Cash Accounting & Reporting team. You will coordinate technology implementations, manage schedules, documentation, and program‑level reporting while ensuring compliance with SDLC and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate quarterly planning events, handling logistics, preparation, and execution.
• Lead Scrum of Scrums, synchronize cross‑team activities, and proactively resolve dependencies.
• Track and manage program‑level risks, issues, and mitigations.
• Support teams in aligning with product objectives and provide visibility into program work.
• Coordinate release planning and go‑live activities with Operations to ensure operational readiness.
• Create executive‑level dashboards and reports that highlight delivery insights.
• Maintain program processes, standards, and documentation such as status reports and communication plans.
• Collaborate on continuous‑improvement initiatives and support technical dependency planning.
• Ensure compliance with Federal Reserve SDLC, security, and governance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of program and project management experience in an agile environment, coordinating 5+ teams or 30+ people.
• Proven experience facilitating large‑scale planning events (PI Planning, quarterly planning, etc.).
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross‑team dependencies in software delivery.
