About the role
Join the Roscoe School Sites team as an After School Support Staff member, working with children in grades K‑5 to create a safe, enriching, and healthy environment. This part‑time position offers a consistent schedule of 4+ hours per day, five days a week, with no weekend work.
Key responsibilities
- Guide the development of young learners in grades K‑5.
- Maintain a safe, enriching, and healthy after‑school environment.
- Utilize program resources and supplies effectively.
- Engage positively with families and program participants.
Required profile
- Fun, engaging, welcoming, and nurturing attitude.
- Early, punctual, and reliable.
- Committed role model who leads by example.
- Creative, innovative, and able to thrive in a loud, dynamic setting.
- Comfortable having challenging conversations with parents and mediating peer conflicts.
