About the role
Join the YMCA team as an After School Site Lead in Roscoe, IL. You will design daily activities and guide the development of children in grades K‑5, while ensuring a safe and enriching environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging daily activities for K‑5 students.
- Lead, mentor, and train the onsite support staff.
- Maintain a safe, licensed environment that meets program standards.
- Build positive relationships with school staff and families.
- Provide excellent service and ensure a great experience for all participants.
Required profile
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma required.
- At least one year of experience working with children in a developmental setting.
