Join the YMCA team as an After School Support Staff member at Rockton School Sites, guiding K‑5 students in a safe, enriching environment.
Key responsibilities
- Guide the development of children in grades K‑5.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and enriching after‑school environment.
- Utilize program resources and supplies effectively.
- Engage positively with families and program participants.

- Early, punctual, and reliable.
- Serious role‑model who leads by example.
- Creative, innovative, and able to thrive in a loud, dynamic setting.
- Comfortable having challenging conversations with parents and mediating peer conflicts.
