Advertising Operations Analyst

About the role

The Advertising Operations Analyst will manage, grow and improve job‑seeker traffic delivery for Appcast’s employer business. Working closely with Product, Publisher Development and Executive teams, you will turn data into actionable insights that boost apply volume, enhance financial performance and streamline internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the employer ad exchange performance using daily, weekly and monthly reports to meet financial goals and maximize apply and hire value.
• Collaborate independently with key job‑board partners to align on traffic types, pricing algorithms and market dynamics, driving higher spend, applies and hires.
• Participate in Business Development meetings to understand partner marketplaces, share industry best practices and support partner growth.
• Identify and implement opportunities to reduce new‑customer setup time, improve financial performance and increase the number of campaigns supported by Account Managers and AdOps analysts.
• Partner with the Product team to refine CPA, pacing and quality algorithms and to develop new software that enhances partner integrations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and financial metrics.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across Product, Business Development, Account Management and Technical teams.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive in identifying efficiency gains and process improvements.
