Advertising Assistant

About the role

The Advertising Assistant supports the in‑house Advertising team at GUESS?, LLC by handling administrative and production tasks that keep campaigns on schedule and within budget. This entry‑level position works closely with the Advertising Director and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of media plans.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee production of ad materials, open jips, track media visuals, and send insertion orders to media partners.
• Collaborate on marketing strategies and assist with implementation and event monitoring.
• Process invoices, maintain invoice logs, and provide monthly billing information to the Accounting Department.
• Help establish the annual advertising budget and track media expenditures for budget compliance.
• Update and maintain the media library, develop a media knowledge base, and support online advertising programs.
• Learn regional marketing vehicles and build relationships with Regional Marketing Sales Representatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
