Advanced Principal, ETF & Passive Portfolio Operations

About the role

Invesco is seeking an Advanced Principal to lead the day‑to‑day oversight of the UIT comparison and settlement process. This senior position supervises a team, ensures regulatory compliance, and collaborates with trading, accounting, compliance, and business units across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the UIT comparison and settlement workflow.
• Ensure adherence to FINRA rules, SEC regulations, and the Investment Company Act of 1940.
• Supervise staff, create performance metrics, and review margin and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain relationships with internal departments (Trading Desk, Accounting, Compliance) and external partners (Trustee, DTCC, NSCC, pricing vendors, auditors, legal counsel).
• Provide trade support for the Capital Markets desk and manage corporate actions and pricing oversight.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and Net Asset Value calculations.

Required profile

• Proven experience working across capital markets, ETF servicing, post‑trade processing, and technology functions.
• Track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results on high‑profile projects.
• Ability to operate horizontally at the intersection of investments, operations, and compliance.
• Series 27 license (or willingness to obtain it with company support).

Required skills

• Series 27 licensing.
• Strong knowledge of FINRA rules.
• In‑depth understanding of SEC regulations.
• Familiarity with the Investment Company Act of 1940.
• Expertise in UIT comparison and settlement processes.
