About the role

Join Home Genius Exteriors as an Advanced Outside Sales Rep in Detroit, a brand‑new market launching in 2025. This full‑time W‑2 position lets you focus on closing deals while most of the lead generation work is handled for you. You’ll work with pre‑qualified customers and have clear pathways to leadership.

Key responsibilities

Meet with 2–3 pre‑qualified customers daily.
Deliver engaging, in‑home sales presentations.
Participate in elite training and mentorship programs.
Contribute to a supportive, team‑first environment.

Required profile

Confident communicator and natural relationship‑builder.
Driven to succeed and grow within the company.
Proven sales experience with a track record of closing.

What we offer

Compensation ranging from $100,000 to $300,000+ per year with a 70% advance and uncapped commissions.
Weekly pay every Friday and monthly performance bonuses.
Health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days.
Paid training, flexible schedule, and gas/toll reimbursement.
Local appointments based on your residence.
