Ads Marketing Project Management Specialist

About the role

Netflix is building an Ads Marketing content engine and needs a specialist to design and run the operational infrastructure. Reporting to the Content and Scaled Channels Lead, you will create systems, workflows, and cross‑functional processes that enable the team to develop, manage, and scale advertising content from idea to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement systems and workflows that support partnership execution and content scaling.
• Coordinate cross‑functional communication between Ad Sales, Brand Creative Studio, Market Activation, Ads Measurement, and leadership teams.
• Develop, track, and manage milestones, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for multi‑workstream programs.
• Document processes, best practices, and performance metrics to continuously improve partnership execution.
• Prepare regular status updates and presentations for senior leadership and external partners.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in project management, operations, or related roles within entertainment, media, or advertising.
• Proven ability to build project‑management infrastructure from scratch in fast‑moving, matrixed environments.
• Experience managing content production workflows, editorial calendars, or campaign‑level content operations.
• Budget management experience across agencies and external partners.
