ADS CMP Supervisor – Community Health Services

About the role

The ADS CMP Supervisor provides oversight of daily administrative processes for Lifelong’s in‑home services program, supporting elderly and disabled adults receiving DSHS Medicaid‑funded personal care. The role blends supervisory duties with hands‑on case management, ensuring high‑quality, culturally appropriate care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assessment processing, authorise services, and develop individualized care plans for clients.
• Monitor care plans through home visits and phone contacts, adjusting services as needed.
• Supervise administrative staff, coordinate contracting with providers, and support case managers.
• Deliver up to 8 hours per week of direct case‑management work while dedicating the remaining time to supervisory functions.
• Contribute to training new case managers, policy development, and continuous quality improvement.
• Address client and vendor inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in medical case management and familiarity with DSHS Medicaid‑funded personal care services.
• Ability to perform both supervisory and direct client‑facing duties.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to work onsite at least three days per week (Tuesday‑Thursday).
• Full‑time availability (08:30 – 17:00, Monday‑Friday) and non‑union, non‑exempt status.
