Adobe Transformation – Senior Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large‑scale Adobe Transformation initiatives within its Marketing Technology team. In this role you will help clients modernise how they connect with customers by designing and architecting integrated marketing ecosystems that leverage data, technology and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end marketing technology transformation projects for global clients.
• Guide the design and architecture of integrated marketing ecosystems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate strategic discussions around data models, APIs and cloud architecture.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance customer experiences and drive measurable results.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a high‑performing, inclusive environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex technology transformation programmes, preferably in marketing or data domains.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations.
