About the role
The Administrative Specialist III provides high‑level administrative support within the Division of Agriculture of the University of Arkansas System. Reporting to a supervisor, the incumbent coordinates daily office activities, prepares special reports, and assists in developing and revising administrative policies.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Research, compile, and prepare special reports for management.
- Develop, revise, and recommend administrative policies and procedures as directed.
- Maintain records, handle correspondence, and support departmental projects.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in a specialized or related administrative role.
