About the role
We are seeking a friendly and organized Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to support a healthcare services provider. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet all visitors and provide assistance as needed.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform various clerical duties assigned by management.
- Schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and assist with large‑group meetings.
- Monitor building activities and report any suspicious behavior.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- Six months to one year of reception or similar experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong reasoning, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
- Professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
