About the role
Netflix is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support its Live Marketing and Nonfiction Creative teams. You will partner with directors, senior managers, and the broader marketing pods to keep operations running smoothly and enable the team to focus on high‑impact initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex, cross‑functional calendars for Live, Nonfiction, Sports, and Documentary leaders.
- Schedule internal and external meetings, including task forces, post‑mortems, creative walkthroughs, and talent coordination.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and logistics, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support such as correspondence, document management, and information organization.
- Maintain and distribute team resources, reporting materials, and project allocations.
- Oversee space planning, office moves, and team event coordination.
- Monitor meeting trends and recommend efficiency improvements to leadership.
