Admin I Omnichannel Item Lifecycle - Digital

About the role

Ahold Delhaize USA, a division of the global food retailer Ahold Delhaize, is hiring an Admin I for its Omnichannel Item Lifecycle - Digital role within Category Management Services. The position sets up new items and maintains item data for all Ahold Delhaize USA brands, working with Category teams, Finance, Replenishment, Supply Chain and Shelf Merchandising. It is based in either Quincy, MA or Carlisle, PA, on a hybrid schedule of three in-office days and two remote days.

Key responsibilities

• Set up new items and maintain existing ones across all brands, keeping attributes such as description, size, UPC, UOM, shipping data, store authorization, replenishment, distribution and scale data accurate.
• Work according to established service level agreements and execute quality assurance checks on processes, forms and submissions.
• Guide Category associates through new item set-up and maintenance, and help troubleshoot issues, including resolving submissions through the company ticketing systems.
• Learn the systems used to set up and maintain items.

Required profile

• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of the appointment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a basic understanding of retail principles.
• Strong attention to detail and strong data entry and keyboard navigation skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheet management, formulas, sorting and filtering, and basic reporting.

Preferred: multitasking, initiative, gathering data from diverse sources, and maintaining customer relationships. Possible travel of about 2% (one or two times per year). The pay range is $19.00-$28.50 for ME/NC/PA/SC and $21.85-$32.77 for IL/MA/MD/NY.
