Adjunct Instructor – Radiologic Technology (Part‑Time)

About the role

Atlanta Technical College is seeking a part‑time Adjunct Instructor to teach Radiologic Technology courses. The role supports student learning through classroom, lab, and clinical site instruction, and contributes to the accredited program’s success.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instruction for Radiologic Technology courses using diverse teaching techniques.
• Develop and update course syllabi, goals, and objectives.
• Provide hands‑on lab instruction and supervise students in on‑campus laboratories.
• Visit affiliated clinical sites to monitor student performance, verify competencies, and coordinate clinical education.
• Assess student progress through testing, grading, feedback, and record‑keeping.
• Participate in staff development, workshops, seminars, and conferences.
• Assist with academic support services such as advisement, tutoring, and graduation events.

Required profile

• Highly qualified applicant with appropriate credentials in Radiologic Technology.
• Ability to work under the supervision of the Dean of Health and Public Safety and the Program Chair.
• Commitment to up to 29 hours per week of on‑site teaching and clinical supervision.
