Adjunct Instructor – College Management (General Education)

About the role

South College seeks a part‑time Adjunct Instructor to deliver the General Education College Management course online. You will support first‑year students, ensure high‑quality instruction, and contribute to an inclusive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver online course content and provide timely assignment feedback according to faculty standards.
• Maintain regular, supportive outreach to students throughout the term.
• Collect and report assessment data linked to student learning outcomes.
• Grade assignments promptly and uphold equitable evaluation practices.
• Adhere to all South College policies, including professional conduct and linguistic standards.
• Assist with curriculum development, committee participation, and scholarly activities as appropriate.

Required profile

• Experience supporting first‑year students and understanding of a successful first‑year experience.
• Minimum of a master’s degree in a relevant field, preferably education.
• Prior online teaching experience in higher education.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
