On-site Training Specialist

About the role

John Deere is seeking an On-site Training Specialist to deliver sales training for dealer partners, customers, and internal teams in Orlando, FL. You will support in‑field sales programs across Agriculture, Turf, Construction, and Precision Ag product lines, ensuring participants gain the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide world‑class sales instruction to dealer employees, customers, and company staff.
• Collaborate with Curriculum Architects and On‑Site Training Consultants to develop and refine training content.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve training effectiveness through formal evaluation processes.
• Stay current on Production Systems, technology, and customer applications to enhance instructional delivery.
• Work outdoors year‑round as required by the Florida climate.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in professional communication, presentation, or training delivery.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and standard computer applications.
• Background in marketing, sales, product support, or related fields.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work on‑site in Orlando.
