Adjunct Faculty, LPN/RN Bridge HRSA

About the role

The State of Georgia is seeking qualified nursing professionals to join its academic team as Adjunct Faculty for the LPN/RN Bridge HRSA program. This position involves teaching both classroom and clinical components, supporting the development of future registered nurses.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans for accredited technical and occupational nursing courses.
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Maintain program supplies, equipment, and budget requests.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, state licensing, and safety standards.
• Complete required documentation and administrative reports.

Required profile

• Master’s Degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited institution (or a Baccalaureate degree with documented progress toward a graduate degree).
• Current Georgia Registered Nurse License or eligibility for licensure.
• Minimum three years of professional nursing experience within the past seven years.
• Credentialed to perform administrative and instructional functions as required by accrediting bodies.
