About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a volunteer faculty member to serve as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor within the NWA | CW GME Mercy Internal Medicine Residency. This position supports clinical education and mentorship of residents at Highlands Oncology.

Key responsibilities

Provide clinical teaching and supervision to internal medicine residents.
Participate in curriculum development and case conferences.
Mentor trainees in patient care, professionalism, and career development.
Collaborate with residency leadership and other faculty members.

Required profile

Must have an approved appointment action in the Joint Faculty Registry (JFR).
Fully vaccinated against COVID‑19 or hold an approved medical or religious exemption.
Legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
Affiliation with Highlands Oncology or relevant clinical experience.
