Acquisitions Analyst / Associate – Real Estate Investment

About the role
Cross Lake Partners, a privately‑held real‑estate investment firm managing about $1 billion, is expanding its acquisitions team. The analyst/associate will support the deployment of capital for the firm’s fourth opportunistic fund, gaining exposure to the full investment lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Screen potential investment opportunities, attend partner meetings and travel to evaluate assets.
- Prepare underwriting models and market research summaries for investment committee reviews.
- Lead and coordinate due‑diligence efforts, covering financial, legal and market analyses.
- Assist in managing existing investments, monitoring performance, refinancings and dispositions.
- Produce investor reporting and presentation materials, including fund updates and deal‑level summaries.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience, preferably in investment banking or private equity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Real‑estate experience is a plus.
- Self‑starter comfortable in a lean, fast‑paced environment with significant responsibility.
