Accounting Instructor – Full‑time Faculty Position

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Accounting Instructor to join the Business Department. The successful candidate will deliver college‑level accounting courses, contribute to curriculum design, and support student success through advisement and outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate accounting courses as a full‑time faculty member.
• Develop and update curriculum materials, assessments, and instructional resources.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
• Participate in student registration, recruitment, retention, and college outreach initiatives.
• Serve on departmental and college committees and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, or a doctorate/master’s degree in Business with at least 18 graduate semester hours in accounting.
• Preferred experience teaching accounting or related business courses at the college level.
