Accounting Analyst – Financial Reporting & Reconciliation

About the role

The Accounting Analyst supports daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate journal entries, month‑end close, and account reconciliations within the CRFC scope. Reporting to the General Accounting Supervisor, the role collaborates with global markets and local teams to maintain high‑quality financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned month‑end closing and intercompany activities.
• Prepare accurate journal entries with supporting documentation.
• Maintain and reconcile ledger accounts, balance sheets, and profit‑and‑loss statements.
• Perform SOX control activities and support internal/external audit requirements.
• Provide KPI performance metrics to the supervisor.
• Work closely with markets and local accounting teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support migration of Record‑to‑Report (R2R) processes across scoped countries.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
• Assist with ad‑hoc accounting tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of finance experience, preferably in ICO accounting activities such as journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience in a shared‑service or multinational environment.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and SOX is a plus.

• Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, charts, formulas).
• Microsoft Office suite.
