Accountant – Full-Cycle Accounting & Operations

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Accountant to manage core accounting functions and support day‑to‑day business operations at LVIS Corporation. The role offers autonomy and a blend of hands‑on accounting and general office responsibilities within a fast‑growing AI‑driven healthcare company.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑cycle accounting: manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor relationships.
• Payroll & benefits: execute semi‑monthly payroll and assist with employee benefits administration.
• Monthly close: lead month‑end close, prepare journal entries, and reconcile balance sheets.
• Quarterly financial packages: help prepare quarterly reporting packages.
• Compliance: audit expense reports and ensure financial records are audit‑ready.
• Operations support: provide administrative coordination and general office management as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or an Associate degree with 3+ years relevant bookkeeping/operations experience.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• High integrity, extreme attention to detail, and a “no task is too small” attitude.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online or a similar accounting ERP.
• Solid Excel skills (pivots, lookups, data organization).
• Familiarity with modern tools such as Gusto, Bill.com, and Slack.
