Accountant – AP/AR and Month-End Close

About the role

AnySignal is seeking an Accountant to own its accounts payable and accounts receivable functions while supporting month‑end close activities. This position offers a pathway to broader accounting responsibilities and future leadership roles.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices, match to purchase orders, and prepare ACH, wire, and check payments.
• Manage vendor inquiries, monitor AP aging, and ensure accurate GL coding.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices, handle collections, and reconcile payments.
• Perform weekly AR reconciliations and maintain customer deposit accounts.
• Own assigned month‑end close tasks for AR/AP, including reconciliations, accruals, prepaid schedules, and journal entries.
• Assist with bank, credit‑card, and balance‑sheet reconciliations, and support financial‑statement preparation.
• Provide variance analysis commentary and aid audit preparation.

Required profile
