Account Manager – Student Transportation (Birmingham)

About the role

EverDriven is seeking an Account Manager to oversee student transportation services in the Birmingham territory. The role blends customer service, operations oversight, and partnership management to ensure safe, reliable transport for students, especially those with special needs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service delivery with school districts, parents, and third‑party transportation providers.
• Recruit, vet, and credential transportation providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory and client policies.
• Manage field operations, including new client onboarding, retention, and account growth.
• Monitor performance of local transportation against contract terms and address service deficiencies promptly.
• Maintain open communication with contractors, community officials, and agency staff.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to resolve time‑sensitive issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Birmingham area and be responsive during standard business hours.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
